iSafe Keylogger can support Windows 8 (both 64bit and 32bit) nicely so you can use it to monitor and spy any computer activity.
If you are the right Administrator of keylogger and lost your login password, please submit a support ticket to us and it is better if you can offer a receipt or purchase email screenshot as a proof. We will send you a password reset tool to you to fix this problem.
To enable/set iSafe Keylogger remote monitoring feature, click "Setting" tab->Delivery->turn the log delivery feature switch on->choose the method to receive logs, Gmail or Google Drive->enter your Google login username(@ included) and password->click "Test" button to have a test->click "Save" button to take the new setting into effect.
You can let the keylogger appear just by pressing the hotkey Ctrl+Alt+Shift+X(the default hotkey combination if you have never changed it)
To change the hotkey used to make keylogger shown from background, click "Setting" tab->click "Genneral" left tab->click "Change" button where you can set and update the hotkey value.
To uninstall iSafe Keylogger from your PC installed, just click the Menu button on the top right hand corner of the Console window. And you will be asked if delete logs also in the further step of uninstallation process.
To view, delete or export logs generated by iSafe Keylogger, just click the specific type log icon on the keylogger Console window. iSafe Log Console tool shows by clicking the "Keyboard" icon and you can view the logs here.
To hide iSafe Keylogger tray icon from Windows taskbar permanently, click "Setting" tab->"General" subtab->Click on the "Hide Tray Icon" option.
